Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping: We ship all in-stock orders via UPS or USPS the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday. Tracking information is emailed to customers the evening of shipment.
 
Backorders: If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to decide whether to hold the order until all items are available or to ship the in-stock items immediately and send the backordered items separately upon arrival. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are ready to ship.
 
Canadian Orders: We ship to Canada via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are estimated during checkout based on your address. Please note that additional duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged upon arrival, and are the responsibility of the receiver.
 
International Orders: We ship internationally, but if the UPR Products website is not able to generate a shipping quote for your country, shipping to a US based shipping forwarder is recommended as it is often the best way to ensure your items are shipped by the most efficient means possible.
 
Return Policy

Return Authorization: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued. To obtain an RMA, please email sales@uprproducts.com. Items returned without a RMA number may be rejected or refused.
 
Condition of Returns: All returns must be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging. Items may be subject to restocking fees. When shipping the item back to us, repack the items in an over-box (original package inside another, larger box) to prevent shipping damage and preserve the original packaging. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
 
Processing Time: Returns and refunds are processed within 30 business days of receipt, excluding holidays, weekends, and transit time.
Non-Returnable Items: Special order items, drop shipped items, item hardware, rebuild kits, replacement parts, emblems, or decals cannot be returned.
 
Shipping Costs: If a free shipping item is returned, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping. If a customer refuses or is not available for an item, they will be charged the return shipping fee by the carrier. If a free shipping item is refused or missed, the outbound shipping will also be deducted from the refund.
 
Address Corrections: If a customer changes an address or enters an incorrect address when placing an order, the customer is responsible for any address change or correction fees billed by the carrier, as well as the original outbound shipping fee on all free shipping items. We do not redirect packages to addresses other than the billing address originally entered.
