1. Order Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at 561-588-6630 or sales@uprproducts.com as soon as possible. UPR Products reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
Pricing & Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, UPR Products reserves the right to cancel any affected orders.
Emissions related parts: Orders containing items that may be designated for Racing and / or Off Road Use Only due to emissions compliance, and / or may be prohibited for sale or on road use in California due to CARB / EPA regulations will not ship to California. All California orders containing emissions related parts like catch cans, breather tanks, etc will be canceled.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment options at checkout.
Secure Transactions: Your payment information is protected using SSL encryption, ensuring safe and secure transactions.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same day, Monday through Friday.
Carrier Selection: We ship via UPS and USPS. UPR Products is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if an item is in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
Some items, including special orders, rebuild kits, emblems, and decals, are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
Limited Warranty: Products sold by UPR Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. UPR Products does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Disclaimer of Liability: UPR Products is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs, towing, storage, or vehicle damage resulting from the installation or use of our products.
